Subsets

• Groupings of content to allow more precise searching
• For example, a museum or museum consortium might have Objects, Library Materials, Archives, Slides, Artists, and Styles
• A library or library consortium might have Reference Collection, Juvenilia, and Rare Books
• Subsets are defined across all databases to provide an integrated intellectual model
• By default, all Subsets are searched, so users do not have to think about this unless they want more precise results.
• You may assign all content to a single Subset for simplicity
