* These are the objects, library records, archival records, photographs, and documents that you collect (Primary Records in MWeb terminology); Secondary Records related to the Primary Records, such as records for images, media, and vocabulary terms, are not billable.

** Because we have programs in place to handle the PastPerfect database, we offer a substantial discount. However, you must purchase the PastPerfect-Online Setup Kit from PastPerfect, Inc. This costs $248 ($199 to AASLH members).

*** This refers to the use of these DBMSs to store your MWeb data, not in your internal systems. MWeb can load data from any database or system and the cost is the same for all (except for PastPerfect sites; see previous note).

**** These estimates assume our prices do not change over the five-year period. Although we currently do not anticipate any changes, this is not guaranteed.
