We will support MARConvert for five years from the date of first delivery. You should have received an email notification of your support termination date.

Need help with MARConvert?

If you acquired MARConvert from Systems Planning ...

• If MARConvert will not process a file correctly, please send us an email describing the problem. We will probably need to see the problem file, which may be zipped using PKZip or WinZip and attached to an email if the zipped file is no larger than 5MB. For larger files, we can download via FTP or you can send them on a CD or DVD.
• Most problems are resolved by the next business day.

If you acquired MARConvert from another vendor ...

• Please contact the vendor from whom you received it.
• To find the vendor contact information, click the Help menu in MARConvert, then select "About MARConvert".
