If you acquired MARConvert from Systems Planning ...

If MARConvert will not process a file correctly, please send us an email describing the problem. We will probably need to see the problem file, which may be zipped using PKZip or WinZip and attached to an email if the zipped file is no larger than 5MB. For larger files, we can download via FTP or you can send them on a CD or DVD.
